Jenni Baynham
Jenni worked as a journalist before moving to Canada, where she joined the editorial team at Vancouver Magazine for several years before making her way back to TV. Alongside producing several short films and a feature documentary, Baynham assistant produced and subsequently field produced two seasons of Love It or List It Vancouver for HGTV. In 2019 Jenni, alongside her partners, founded Studio BRB. Since the company's launch, Baynham has Executive Produced a number of Hallmark and Lifetime movies, as well as unscripted Discovery projects. When not heading up the development and production team at Studio BRB, or producing MOWs for BRB Pictures, Baynham can be found emotionally damaging herself through her passion project Fur Bae Rescue.
Chaya Ransen
Chaya spent the first half of her career working with refugees and immigrants to address disparities in health care access. Together they developed a health co-operative that today serves diverse communities across Vancouver's Lower Mainland. In 2019, Chaya turned her love of building something from the ground up to Studio BRB, where alongside Jenni she has created a company that is flexible, efficient, and not weighed down by industry norms. When not binge watching reality dating shows Chaya has been Executive Producing both scripted and unscripted projects for Discovery, Hallmark and Lifetime.
Niamh Kennedy
Niamh Kennedy-North is Director of Development at Studio BRB in Vancouver. With a background in the global non-scripted world, before joining BRB in 2020, she worked for the international and creative network teams at ITV Studios in London. During her time at ITV Studios, Kennedy-North was part of the team responsible for rolling out hit formats such as Love Island, Come Dine With Me and I’m A Celebrity to the global market. Since moving to Vancouver and joining Studio BRB, she has led development of all Studio BRB unscripted projects including projects for Discovery US and AMC as well as forging long-term creative partnerships with Endemol Shine North America, Armoza Formats, Catalyst and ITV Studios America. When she isn't working Niamh can be found adventuring in beautiful BC.
Ashley Glover
Ashley Glover, originally from New Zealand, has been trained as an DGC AD and has a background in producing and operations management with over 10 years experience in the film & television industry. As BRB’s expert in production budgeting and scheduling, Ashley oversees physical production from a corporate standpoint across all stages, from development through to delivery of all Studio BRB productions. Simultaneously, she spearheads the development of internal workflows and operations at Studio BRB. In her free time Ashley can be found exploring the beautiful trails around BC or snowboarding down Cypress Mountain.
Lana Taylor
Before film, Lana worked as a Gemologist and operations manager for NYC based diamond companies where her experience travelling the world and fluency in 4 languages was an asset.
After moving to Winnipeg, she began working in film as an associate producer for unscripted television. Since then she pivoted to film accounting and specializes in film and tax credits accounting.
Lana’s numerous credits include unscripted true crime TV shows, documentaries, MOWs, and feature films.
In her free time Lana loves to explore new places and learn new skills. Lana joined Studio BRB shortly after moving to Vancouver Island with her family.
